Containing mother brine from naturally cured olives, Barsmith’s Dirty Martini mix brings the perfect balance of flavor and smoothness to a classic cocktail with no added chemicals or colors.
The brine is made from the California Sevillano olive using traditional methods. This is our signature ingredient that puts Barsmith’s Dirty Martini mix ahead of the pack.
We worked with California’s largest olive producer to lightly filter and bottle our olive brine.
Ingredients
Olive brine (water, salt, lactic acid, calcium chloride and vinegar).
Label Recipe
Pour 10 oz of quality vodka or gin into a cocktail shaker half full of ice. Add 2 oz of Barsmith’s Dirty Martini Olive Brine mix. Shake or stir as you prefer and then pour into chilled martini glasses.
