With the perfect balance of grapefruit and hops and an appealing pink hue, Barsmith’s Paloma mix provides the ideal base for a refreshing tequila cocktail. Simply mix with your favorite blanco tequila and sparkling water for the best paloma this side of Mexico.

Rich in grapefruit acid, our Paloma mix is a favorite among flavor hounds for its elevated citric acid kick and slightly creamy consistency. We were inspired to create Barsmith’s Paloma mix by visiting Tequila, Mexico, roadside bar stands on our way to tequila bottlers. We add cascade hops to add bright notes to the flavor and further boost the grapefruit-forward flavor.
